Installation Charge
inCloudOne® will installing our Management Server and tools in a DMZ area of our customer site which will allow inCloudOne to securely manage over SSL & HTTPS all thin client desktops from our Service Management Centre (SMC). All design, configuration and deployment will be undertaken by our own authorised IGEL engineers.
All thin clients are covered under a 3 year warranty, daily backups of configuration are taken off-site for full business continuity or relocation of thin client devices. All end user Service Requests (SR) are covered under our 8x5 Business Hours SLA* and covers firmware upgrades, licensing upgrades, all user Moves, Adds, Deletes, and Changes. We will continually monitor our management server and all of the thin client devices and diagnose any on-site issues that may arise.

inCloudOne® will complete all design, configuration remotely by our own IGEL authorised engineers and ship the thin clients to site for self installation by the end customer. No management equipment will be installed on the clients site and all thin clients will be configured to remotely get their latest changes from our Service Management Centre (SMC) and our centrally managed IGEL configurator. This connection will be over a Secure SSL connection initiated by the thin clients.
This solution is still a cloud managed service but without any on-site equipment required and inCloudOne only charge for the setup cost so there is no further recurring monthly charges to pay.

Our pre-paid support voucher is used for all end user Service Requests (SR) which are covered under our 8x5 Business Hours SLA* with support for firmware upgrades, licensing upgrades, all user Moves, Adds, Deletes, and Changes. By using vouchers you only pay for what-you-use, no changes, no cost.

inCloudOne® will build an off-site our Management Suite and request that the Reseller install this in a suitable DMZ on the client site. This will allow our Resellers to securely manage over SSL & HTTPS all thin client desktops. All design, configuration will initially be undertaken by our own inCloudOne authorised IGEL engineers and handed over to the appointed Reseller or Support Agency.
inCloudOne will cross charge the reseller or support agency for all hardware, configuration as a simple one-off charge.

inCloudOne can take control of the configuration from our Service management Centre (SMC) and all time will be drawn down from a pre-paid voucher scheme on a pay-as-you go basis
