Routine Maintenance of Core Network Devices


Description of Works

  • To ensure continued reliable service, inCloudOne® need to carry out periodic routine maintenance on our Core Network Equipment within our Data Centres in London.
  • During this routine maintenance window it might be necessary to shut down speciifc network devices and/or servers. This may, in turn, result in temporary loss of service on some access circuits for some customers.
  • inCloudOne apologise in advance for any service outages. We will endeavour to keep any outages to an absolute minimum and restore any lost service as soon as possible.
  • The Maintenance Window has been carefully scheduled for a time we believe will have the least impact on our customers.


Customer Impact

Some customers may experience a brief network outage during the maintenance window affecting them from send or receive email or accessing remote applications.
