Phone, PC & Server Security

inCloudOne® have a range of PC, and Server solutions which are fully managed by our Service Management Centre (SMC) to ensure that your information assets are fully protected. These service range from PC hard drive encryption, through personal firewalls to End Point Security (Virus protection).

inCloudOne® offer Security Vulnerability scanning and patching services for servers as well as security monitoring of servers for unauthorised changes

inCloudOne® also offer the ability to use personal smart phones and tablets on your corporate email service whilst still maintaining fully control of the Smart Phones and the data held on them. This means you can turn off camera on phones while they are on your site and delete all data when that employee has finished working for you. We even offer full wipe facility should you prefer to delete all information in the event the smart phone is lost or stolen.

Data Storage Security

inCloudOne® stores all of its customer data in secure vaults which are protected using the high levels of security and layered protection using best practises.

inCloudOne® offers the same highly secure, Encrypted and distributed architecture to our customer through EMC² so that your local data can be backup into the cloud locally to your country. This means that you can always be sure that your data is safe, available and you have meet some of your Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning.

Network Security

inCloudOne® offers a range of Private Networks (VPN) which allow our customers to inter-connect their company sites using a mix of different access methods such as Leased Lines, Broadband, EFM, MPLS, Cable and even Satellite networks.

These connection do not go over the Internet but instead stay private to your company. We can set policies which will determine which sites can see each other.

If internet access is required we offer a range of Centralised Firewall solutions and encrypted internet based access methods for remote access.

inCloudOne® also offers a range of Hardware and Engineers that can be used to provide independent security to an existing network connection.

Message Protection

inCloudOne® offers a range of messaging protection solutions including 'zero hardware' message filtering for Anti-Virus and SPAM, Mail Encryption, Mail Archiving and Mail Continuity Services.
